I have built a subscription site using Joomla 1.12 and numerous extensions, many of them commercial. Now I need some of the basic programming cleaned up so the core Joomla components and the commercial extensions are optimized, integrate with each other effectively and the presentation of information looks professional.
Programs and Requirements:
*aMember - need two or three lines of text changed on forms, need to ensure subscribers can access their account, renew subscriptions, make sure newsletters get sent when should, etc., all things core to the program.
*DocMan/Remository - upgrade DocMan or install Remository to link up to documents now on server
*JACL - install one additional user level (already have customized to offer three additional user levels)
*DT Register - have program input registered users into user level added with JACL
*JEvents - get program to repeat events (have tried, doesn’t work for me)
*Jobline - ensure two additional fields display as per instructions provided by program designer
*Digistore - remove VirtueMart and install and configure Digistore (already purchased)
*iJoomla Magazine - create header and footer for email version of magazine and ensure it can be sent to selected users
*Upgrade Joomla from 1.12 to 1.15.
Estimated amount of time work will take for a programmer familiar with Joomla and these extensions is 4 to 5 hours. Budget is $250 - $300. Timeframe is immediate.

We are looking for a complete newly created website with a nicely designed product database. And fast!
When the first part (this project) is finished we will continue developments like a registered user system and
more developments.
We already designed the templates (delivery preferably in Illustrator). The templates need to be changed
easily. When we create a totally new design (based on the same extensions, etc) it should be easy to
change. We will create more websites with the same 'engine' but with a different look!
We are looking for a very well done web 2.0 interface and user experience in the complete site.
The site should be in several languages (starting with one, other languages coming shortly thereafter)! Each
language is a subdomain!
Some requirements of the website.
- home page with one flash part or slideshow (which changes periodically) and some modules (banners
and links)
- 'static' pages with company info, pictures, etc
- blog part with RSS feed (company and news)
- login (for registered users)
- products (see catalog)
- special menu developed for us, all menuitems are always visible when hovering
- some special parts for changing language (actually redirecting to the right page), searching, etc
- using existing modules like Yootools, Highslide, etc (we already own these), implementing and
changing the looks a little
- nice URLs, very well findable in Google (creating sitemap etc)
- Google analytics on every page
CATALOG (product database)
-basic categories with their own start page, if no startpage is present a productlisting will be shown
-product information filled by local (Filemaker) database (manually or automatically) partly and partly by
creating it in Joomla
-menu items are created dynamically by TAGs, positioning the TAGs in the menu should be easy and be
done by hand (unsorted)
-when viewing a product the other TAGs of this product are also visible (as in: also found in)
-searchable with tags, keywords and all texts in all fields
-products can be pushed to the top of the resultlist with priority number
-different templates (layouts) controllable from the database, we have different productranges, each
productrange gets its own layout
-small gallery of products (opening with highslide)
-prices (will not be published at first and only visible to registered users)
-MODULE wishlist (some sort of cart) where registered users can add (max 5) products they like info
on
-MODULE last viewed product (last 5 products visible in a list)
-MODULE tags and calender (for the blog entries)
-MODULE backgroundimage
-MODULE banners (different kinds of banners all across the website)
-MODULE tooltips (by Yootools probably)
-MODULE footer
-maybe more, but we would need advise!

The contractor requires a full website site development on a joomla platform. The work involves the creation of an adult-oriented site with gay video content.
The following is a brief outline of the required website functionality.
(1) The home page should offer the ability for the website administrator to upload and insert iframes. Addiitionally the homepage should offer navigation access to a number of different gay-themed categories. The actualy number of categories should be extendable. A section of the homepage should allow uploading of banners from other websites for promotional purposes.
(2) As the aim of the site is to offer review of existing gay websites, the administrator of the site should have the ability to write/edit/upload and update reviews of the webites featured in each section. The website review should allow for inclusion of sample pictures and videos of the site under review. Addiitonally the user should have the ability to rank the websites which are reviewed.
(3) An important component of the site will be the picture galleries containing both pictures and video clips which the administrator can upload and update. This will require the integration of a photopost component into the site allowing both the administrator and approved users to upload content for later approval by the webmaster.
(4) Overall the project will require an excellent knowledge of joomla and high quality graphic design skills. Good communication skills in English are desirable. Interest in working with gay content - which some may find distatsteful - is an added plus.
(5) Examples of similar - non-joomla - gay review sites are www.andysbestsites.com, www.boyreview.com although the contractor is looking for an original design and not a replication of these sites.
(6) Ideally the site developer should be interested in a long-term working relationship with the client and would remain available for extra work to refine the final product and to explain the functionality of the site to the webmaster and to troubleshoot problems. This additional work would not be covred by the original price but would be paid separately and in addition to the bid for the site.

Hi,
“Buy A Business” is a currently operational website that needs to be rewritten in Joomla with its existing functionality retained. Visit www.buyabusiness.co.za to see the current site - most of this functionality must be retained.
Attached is the system specification, with some example documents that are required by the website. The files named with ".txt” are in fact excel files that should be renamed to ".xls”.
We are looking for a professional freelancer or company to help deliver a high quality website, both in functionality and in looks.
Thanks and regards
Swalt

We need a simple webshop where we do not need to put in a lot of products. It will be 25 to 100 products
max (for now ;-). But we need to be able to replicate this total website with different templates and on
different domains AND with different products! We will start a series of shops with this engine (when it is
ready ofcourse).
We would like special web 2.0 functionality (to make it easier, not only for the nice effects) and to stand out
a little!
We really like this webshop: http://www.panic.com/goods/
and this one: http://www.my-acm.eu/shop/acm_wallet/
These are totally drag and drop and look and work great!!! Please note, you are not allowed to use the code
used on these websites, you will need to recreate it using Mootools and/or other libs/frameworks within
Joomla!!! If it is easier/better to do it without Joomla, please advise!
We would like a similar design (we will create the design ofcourse) and similar functionality. One language
(for the moment) and not too many extra features. But it should really work great and look very simple!
We do need some functionality ofcourse:
-product picture (dragable)
-product specs
-product price (and in future versions even lower prices with higher quantity)
-quantity
-size
-shipping costs
-VAT (or not)
-discount coupon or membership discount (needs to be checked)
-and some more
the shipping page should be done in one simple design, paying should be with Paypal and/or iDeal (dutch
system) and/or other payment processors.
The complete process of buying a product should be simple and fast!
Please do send some input! And only reply if you can send good examples of your work that show that you
can create this kind of webshop! Please only specify the time it really takes from start to finish! We
need a reasonably fast turnaround!!!
We will create the milestones together with you, it will be a lot of small milestones to keep the
development simple and fast! We will pay when every milestone is reached!
You need to develop on our server or put the work on our server for each milestone for us to check!

We have a newly built, nearly finished Joomla eCommerce site with the VirtueMart shopping cart installed and working with the Authorize.net payment gateway. We’re in need of a programmer very well versed in Joomla and VirtueMart experience is a plus. We have a list of changes, modifications and additions that need to be made throughout the site to get it ready for launch (from small text changes to adding Joomla extensions, etc.) The bulk of the work has been completed for this particular project, but we also have several others and are shopping around for a new team we can use regularly for all of our web work. So a low bid and good performance will earn you guaranteed future jobs.
I can send my list of changes and the URL of our site to those who would like it, just request. Thanks a lot, looking forward to viewing your proposals...

WE are looking for a professional with good knowledge of iJoomla Magazine component. Please provide any website with iJoomla Magazine you worked with. We would like to start as soon as possible.
These are the modifications we need to be done in our IJoomla Magazine layout :
1. Rename the bottom (not the top one) title bar from âNew Articleâ to âTips & Advisesâ (in bold) and position in on the left hand side, as in this website: www.momssource.com. Leave only one title bar, the second one delete.
2. Make the thumbnails the same size as in this website: www.momssource.com . As we use mambot âsimple image gallery proâ, we would like to have the thumbnails created with this mambot that would generate the shadow effect. Place the thumbnails on the left hand side , same as in the link above.
3. Rename the top (not the bottom one) title bar from âNew Articleâ to âLatest Newsâ (in bold) and position in on the left hand side, as in this website: www.momssource.com.
This is our project guidelines:
⢠We email this project to the professional responsible for this project so that he can familiarise himself with it.
⢠We would like to have a conversation on skype to make sure all project points are clear.
⢠Once the project is done we would like the professional to email the project points to us with comments below each point saying whether the point is all completed or if there were any changes.
Our experience taught us that this is most efficient way to work for both of us
We are happy to make a full escrow payment to the bid winner. However, once we are told the project is completed we require 24 hours for us to be able to go through the website and check if everything is working.

Project:
The purpose of this document is to define the project for the creation of a new ecommerce-focused website. It is our intention to feature blogs and a forum as well as the standard ecommerce. Email marketing is also seen as very important as we intend for it to play a large role.
Details:
This project has a few main components:
1. A CMS (Content Management System): Joomla 1.5
2. An ecommerce software: X-Cart
3. A newsletter/sequential auto-responder system: The two best options for this are Aweber integration (this would have to be developed), or Acajoom Plus/Pro which is integrated already but may lack a few features of Aweber.
4. A blogging system: Here we would use the article system of Joomla (or Drupal) and allow for user comments.
5. A forum software: Fireboard
6. A wiki or other document storage system: There are several wiki add-ons for both Joomla and Drupal. This will be used to make a Certification database for of exams. Products will be linked to from these pages.
7. A user tracking system: We must be able to track organic users (such as Google searchers) and driven users (banners, emails, ads) from entry, to registration, to order.
These main components will be integrated in the following ways:
1. X-Cart and Joomla 1.5
a. The actual pages of Joomla and X-Cart do NOT need to be integrated fully. Each will be skinned to look as seemly as possible, but will be running separately.
b. X-Cart and Joomla 1.5 are to be integrated/bridged at the user level. Joomla users should be able to login to X-Cart and X-Cart users should be able to login to Joomla.
c. A couple of Joomla modules written for things like showing the X-Cart shopping cart on a Joomla page.
d. “Add to cart” links in Joomla content pages will be used to add products to the cart and get more details. This could be done by hand, but the preferable method would be to build a custom plugin/mambot for Joomla that would allow me to call product information directly. We should be able to insert different pieces of product data based on the mambot call. Examples: Product Name (with trim), Product Description (with trim), and Price.
e. Note that the actual X-Cart catalog system is to be depreciated, and Joomla product pages will be the primary “catalog."
2. Aweber or Acajoom integration
3. SEO a must (CMS & ECOM): All URLs should be search engine friendly.
4. Blog entries will use the Joomla articles pages and have a user comment plugin. They should have social bookmarking buttons (“Submit this article to DIGG, SLASHDOTâ¦.")
5. Forum software - Fireboard will be used for a forum.
6. Wiki software will be used to make a certification database.
7. User tracking
(See attachement for more details.)
