We need a joomla component compatible with 1.0.15 that will allow us to manage the many copy writing projects that are going on. There are 3 types of users 1. Copywriters 2. Project Managers 3. Administrators

Component should allow Project Managers to post projects with the following details:

Description of Project
Number of Articles
Deadline


Article Details:
Title of Article
Keywords to be used for article
Required Length of Article
Resources Links for additional information or similar example articles
Format of article - (i.e. plain text / Word Document / HTML)
Keywords to be linked and URL to link to

Copywriters should be able to:

View:
Their current “Accepted” projects
Deadlines of accepted projects
Over Due Projects should visually stand out
Unassigned Projects

Upload complete project files
Ask questions and recieve responses on accepted projects
Request Deadline extensions
Ability to “accept an unassigned project”

Project Managers should be able to:

Post new projects
Recieve email notifications when projects are accepted
Recieve email notification when questions are posted
Recieve email notifications (with file attachments when completed projects are submitted)
Answer Questions posted about projects
Provide Feedback / rating of completed projects
View list of all of their open projects (accepted and unaccepted) sorted by deadline
Ability to “cancel” a project that is overdue - NOT delete
View history of completed projects sorted by most recently completed
Download project files
Notify specific copywriter of a project they would like them to take (email notification to copywriter)

View Reports:
Top rated copy writers
AVG turn around time of copy writers / by article count
AVG late or early completion over a given time period for copy writers
Number of articles written by a specific copy writer based on project completed dates (time period selected)

Administrators should be able to do all functions of project managers and be able to assign joomla users to project manager or copy writer designations
