Update Bookmmarks component for J1.5

I need someone to update the Bookmarks component to work in Joomla 1.5.3 in legacy mode. Apparently the
developer has gotten it close but still hasn’t completed it (he said it would be done in February or March) and I
can’t wait any longer.
