Website overview:
The website is a paid membership collaborative database application. The database is populated with
thousands of real estate transactions. Users will pay for access to this database, and will have very
restricted or less restricted access to the full data, depending on how much they pay, and what type of plan
they have.

The database website will be constructed on the Joomla platform. I would like to have the database use
something similar to Mosets Tree (http://www.mosets.com/tree/) integrated with the payment processing
component AEC (https://www.globalnerd.org). Mosets Tree will handle the database, and AEC will process
the payments and control user access. If there’s a better option, after reviewing the attachments, please
include that information in your proposal.

The design for the website will be provided in PSD or AI (Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator) format. The
template should be constructed using XHTML/CSS and should be tableless layout.

In your bid:

- Only submit firm project bids. I am not interested in hourly rates. If you are unable to put together
a bid with the given information, ask for more details via PM.
- Include an estimated timeframe and a deadline.
- Link to other projects that are similar in scope that you’ve completed.

All freelancers must be available from 8AM to 6PM MST (-6 Hours GMT) and communicate clearly in
English.
