New full Joomla site + CB / JACL Hide bidding

New Joomla installation. 1.0.15 or latest. We have our own servers.

Details:

This is for a corporate INTRANET site.

We have been maintaining our own Joomla sites but now we have no time to do this one.

-It will be a FULLY SPANISH site, although developers can work in English and later we will change acordingly. Spanish language has to be available in the files structure if it exists.
-CB, JACL, or any other hack / component would be necessary.
-Communities and users will be created by developers. A full list of goups, permissions, and a XLS/TXT/CSV list will be given to the developer for TOTAL configuration. It will be a 1500+users list.
-NEWS and Newsletter system needed. Connected with CB or with the chosen community component installed.
-If any installation involved requires a HACK, instructions / files for reversion shoul be given. Also if this hack affects future component or module installations, we need to be informed.
-A 30 days help-ticket-system after conclusion included. Not only for bugs, but for final bits and some usability help. We know Joomla quite web, but CB type of components are new to us.

If commercial components / modules /bots are involved, we would be delighted to purchase them separately if necessary.

We need serious bids, giving us some concrete info about how would they do it, and / or showing us similar finished works.

All bids just saying that they can do it or just sending a list of finished jommla sites will be rejected.

We need experienced people and they have to prove it first. We have had bad experiences in the past. Sorry for being so rude.

This is a simple project, yet very specialised in USERS / COMMUNITIES.
