need a website which can accpet payment from users in paypal / ccaveneues.

should have a seperate log in panel and activity area for users and another one for admin. both should be linked... i.e. all entries made by users should be visible to admin and few selected entries made by admin should reflect on user’s account. the design and UI has to be excellent.

need it urgently therefore please give a reasonable bid so that we can clsoe it and start work immediately.
