Finshing touches on two wordpress themes

I need some small finishing-touch editing on two wordpress themes (themes are identical except for the color).

Theme 1: www.medical-massage.org/state
Theme 2: www.medical-massage.org/national

I would like to add my logo to the banner and replace the compass logo (of the original “jammed and green” template) and have it look similar to the banner of the j&g template:

Also perhaps the color scheme of all the elements can be improved slightly.
