PSD Web Design Template to Joomla

I\'m looking for somebody to convert my PSD web site design to Joomla Templates.

The conversion should meets Joomla requirements .

Each menu link will has its own content background color as shown in the attachment.

Each content page will also has it\'s own sub-menu (tap menu)

• Modify CSS Styles. Font, margins, color, height, etc. Must work across browsers.

Need someone that is a good communicator, professional, and knows Joomla/CSS well.
