Please visit our live website at blueseasltd.com. We have 3 problems with the website.

1. We are using foreigh language such as french on this site. The foreigh languare are not appearing well in the article titles. All accent are appearing like ??? Refer to frontpage articles you can see the ?? in the title.

2. Image are not showing on the local news module.

3. Show option are not working on local news, start news, sports news and internation news module.

We will pay $15 for the interested coder.
