Joomla template build from design

Hi there,

im new to joomlancers so i thought id start with a nice easy
one.

Basically i need the design/wrapper of www[.]festivalfireworks[.]net turning into a joomla template.

I designed and built this site so i can provide all images etc. all i need is the overall design (the template) no page content or further design.

would also be nice if the main menu navigation strip could be built using joomla menu system, it doesnt matter that it would be fixed to 5 buttons (due to background images) would just be nice for client to be able to change button text and link.

so just to recap:

build the www[.]festivalfireworks[.]net wrapper/design (ie no page content, if you click through the pages you will see what needs to be in the template because it is on every page is the content wrapper) into a joomla template. all images will be provided.
