PHP coder needed urgently....

I need a PHP expert....

I have a template from JoomArt (JA Fagus)

When the template was released, it worked with RC3. Once I moved onto either nightly builds or RC4, I get this error...

Fatal error: Call to a member function getItems() on a non-object in /home/collabri/public_html/templates/ja_fagus/ja_menus/Base.class.php on line 30

I need to get this template working on RC4, asap.
