WHMCS Integration

I am using WHMCS for my hosting company and web design company. Need to integrate a joomla template/ joomla shopping cart template with WHMCS. I am Also looking for ongoing relationship. I’m really looking for someone who is talented with style and graphics plus can integrate delopment. I already have a tech guys that could edit scripts but we are lacking a very smooth professional quality look that would apeal to my audience. Looking for very sophisticated web designer/developer who is savvy with Joomla and all other open source.

Please provide me with a link to some samples of sites you have developed. I already have php and open source developers on my team. However, I am looking for someone with creative skills that can give me sophisticated design along with the programming ability who knows how to integrate design with function when putting these open source products together.
