Drupal Template

I am looking for a pretty simple drupal template to be developed. I
need a simple horizontal suckerfish menu under the header, a couple
specific module positions and some simple css styling.

For a basic examples of the general layout I am looking for see:

www.venturebeat.com

Standard blog style, with two columns, left wider than right. Module
position at the top of the page for an ad as well as a module position
on the right side of the header for search, rss icon, etc. Horizontal
menu where I can add items and a module position above the main posts
area in the left column.

Basic color scheme provided upon start of project.
