Auto Account Reconciliation Feature

Canadian Bank Accounts for Credit Cards, Line of Credits and Chequing Accounts all have an option to download a csv file. We want to build an auto reconcile feature where our Joomla (Community Builder Users) can view their current bank account details on our site.

Institutions Supported:
RBC
TD
BMO
BNS
CIBC
HSBC
ING

Requirements:
1.Need a way to collect and securely store account login details for each institution
3.Program an auto login and account download script for each institution and account
4.Program a translation script to convert various csv files to some standard form viewable on our site.
