Cannot redeclare class JConfig Gold Location

Error: Cannot redeclare class JConfig in config file. There seems to be a lot of this on Joomla.org when you search for help. Well, now I have this error on a Joomla 1.5.6 site. It was 98% complete and then when I was working with Jevents 1.5 alpha it killed the site. I removed it, changed templates, but cannot seem to fix this error.

WHO CAN FIX THIS?????

HOW MUCH????

HOW LONG WILL THIS TAKE????
