I need someone to create a UK Postcode shipping module for Virtuemart.

The UK has postcodes which are like zipcodes except that they have no logic in terms of distance or location.

For instance EC1 is phhysically next to W1 but also CT9 is physically next to CT10.

What I need is a way to apply a shipping charge based on a users delivery postcode and have that cost charged automatically without the site user having to select anything.

SO the module will have to read the first 4 characters in the postcode field and then read a matrix of charges that can be adjusted in the administration area - and then that becomes the delivery charge.

Be aware that there are ,000’s of postcode variations.

This must be a portable module that can be integrated into other virtuemart models.
