I need virtuemart extended for multiple vendors.

This is something very much like eBay. In summary:
1) Users/Registered members can post items to the store.
2) Each seller has a “MyEbay” like page to track items sold and posted.

...by multi-vendor I mean the following:
* Many vendors (sellers) participate in my store.
* Each vendor can list multiple Items for sale.
* Each vendor must have a PayPay email address when posting
* Each vendor can edit their products.
* Each vendor sets shipping rate, price, delivery time.
* Each vendor can have for sale multiple Items in the same store category.
* One vendor shall not have any ability to modify:
- another vendor’s Items
- another vendor’s information
* Each vendor has no access to store config and admin, except to set his own Item pricing, Item description, etc.
* Store admin retains all payments on sold items initially and then the payment minus commission plus shipping is automatically sent to the vendor with the buyers order information.

*Project must be done within my budget. Do not bid if you cannot do this or the project.
*Package must be installable when complete and fully functional.
*Vendors must have access to a page with all of there items they have for sale and the ability to edit their items.
* Links for Vendor Page and Submission page must appear in Virtuemart logically so that it is easy for someone to post and sell an item or view their current items they have for sale.
