Summary of work required:
- Create xhtml compliant html shell for Joomla 1.5 from layered psd file.
- Create all content sections and enter content provided by client.
- Implementation of homepage slideshow and link through to staff section (fairly basic, details to be shared with winning bidder).
- Creation and styling of menu precisely as depicted on design (horizontal tabs with drop-down and slide-out action for up to 3 levels). I would like a mootools based menu so the action is smooth.
- Implement and style bulletin board to match the look and feel of the website. I would like to use PHPBB3.
- Implement and style Remository to match the look and feel of the site. Joomlancer to propose what the styling will look like.
- Implement security “groups” so that individual clients can login and retrieve/view documents only for them.
- Implementation of SOBI2 to host an “Industry Participant Directory”. Must style all public-facing SOBI2 screens to match site design.
- Implement SEO (sh404SEF) across all sections.
- Implement newsletter component to allow customers to subscribe/unsubscribe to newsletters and email blast. Must provide the basic functionality to register, subscribe etc.

NOTE THAT THIS IS A COMPLETE SITE BUILD. I am a Joomla developer but do not have time to do this job. It must be done to the highest standard and I am looking for someone with initiative who will look for the best possible solution AND complete the full job (including entering content). Note that the site must be XHTML compliant.
