We would like to have a real estate website built with some type of CMS back-end administration. It is for a very small (2 member) real estate brokerage that wants to have a big presence on the web.
The front end needs to be attractive, intuitive, easy to navigate, and compelling all around. We like the designs we see on templatemonster.com but don’t want it to be exactly like this. A decent site to model is www.rwiproperties.com.
The back end needs to be very easy to allow the client to make updates to text, listings, images, etc.
Examples of Functions on the website;
Property Showcase
- Featured Residential Properties, Commercial Properties , Featured Condos, Featured Townhomes, Featured Land for Sale, Featured Businesses for Sale
Search Function Categories
- Location, MLS/Listing ID, Distance to Highway (I-4, 408, 417, 434, 436), Price Range, # of Bedrooms, # of Bathrooms
We will hear any suggestion out. Joomla, OpenRealty, Point2Agent are avenues we are exploring but want to get some other options if they are better. We think a solution like this will help keep the cost down and within our allotted budget.
Timeframe/budget:
Project needs to be completed in 15-20 days. We are getting several bids on this project so give us your most competitive price.
