Designer/Developer Needed to Improve UI of JusticeMakers.net Gold

International Bridges to Justice is a small NGO in Geneva Switzerland, that works to ensure that ordinary people facing criminal charges are free from torture, arbitrary detainment, and legal abuse.

We recently launched a website at http://www.justicemakers.net - a social networking and competition site for people interested in criminal justice. And while we’re happy with the development effort thusfar, we need additional support to improve the user interface of the site and flow of the application process.

Thus, we are looking for an English-speaking Joomla developer to help take the website to the next level.

Prospective candidates must:
* Have an interest in human rights
* Be able to recommend and implement improvements to the site’s user interface
* Have experience working with NGOs, or other under-resourced organizations
* Be able to discuss web development in layman’s terms

Strong consideration will be given to any candidates local to Geneva.
