I may separate the two functions by developer but you should either CLEARLY STATE you do not have the experise with recurring payments with Paypal when replying so I know you are only bidding on the Joomla component or DO NOT BID. I can clearly tell if you are in over your head so don’t overpromise.

I have a Joomla-based web site that is partially complete. You should know how to set up a secure login site and have generally skills with a handful of other Joomla plug-ins on the site. Acajoom is used to push email content in a newsletter service as well as some other functions. I need someone able to put the finishing touches on the subscription and signup process including a recuring billing through Paypal and to finish the subscription management component including pushing content to users via email. I will give you access to the site admin panel and further documentation necessary to complete a bid if you are interested. I know exactly what I want so this should be an easy job for a qualified programmer. Please have experience in what I have provided above and in the attachment if you bid.

In closing, I would like you to explicitly state your level of skills in the areas I have asked about above in your bid. It could simply be a few sentences or as much detail as you wish. If you do not do so, I will consider your bid incomplete and/or spam and delete it. I am doing this to weed out those who say they can do anything. That is why the site is incomplete in the first place. The winner will be treated as a partner and likely rewarded with additional work in the future.
