This involves quite a number of Components, Modules and Mambots.

It should use latest Web Technologies like Ajax, CSS etc

Capability for Video streaming, and virtual tours.

A little knowledge about how parliaments work might be necessary.

The developer needs to critically study the http://www.parliament.uk/ website with emphasis to the structure and functionality. Because I need exactly the same website but with a different color theme and content but structure and fuctionality are exactly the same.
