We are looking for an experienced, professional, competent, fast working and reliable Joomlancer to help complete an exciting Virtuemart project for a large UK based b2b Distribution Company with upwards of 4000 products whose site needs to go live ASAP.

**Only Joomlancers with heavy experience in template creation, Virtuemart customisation, e-commerce site production with an excellent understanding of English need apply**

I have designed a custom template for the site, within Photoshop CS3. This contains a multitude of details and page layouts. The primary element of this job is for the chosen Joomlancer to convert this complex layout into fully W3 compliant Joomla 1.5 and Virtuemart templates which perform across all browsers & platforms.

While I will be working full time along side the chosen Joomlancer, detailed documentation for the template has been created to help communicate the needs and demands for the site. This includes items such as:
- Custom frontpage
- Custom flypages
- Custom search pages
- Custom module creation/modification
- Frontpage customisation to allow dynamic Virtuemart product placement
- Module positions & behaviour
- Typography
- Styling syntax

The site is going to be heavily promoted on launch and a large amount of sales/hits are expected. Therefore it needs to be as bullet-proof as possible, therefore testing and debugging will be the last factor of this project. So once the template is complete, the Joomlancer is required to help alongside myself in configuring/bug bash the site so as to give a polished product.

Please provide examples of previous sites which you may feel are helpful in helping me decide whom to choose for this project - DON’T just send lists of unrelated urls - I need to see you’ve read this description correctly (that’s the first test...). I will use your reply to this tender to help decide on the winner (read: basically, I’m fed up with idiots and time wasters!).

Because you will be working alongside myself, I don’t mind which country the Joomlancer is from, a good understanding (fluent please) of English is required.
