Need Custom Template Gold

I need a template to resemble this site: http://www.tonypackos.com

The front page needs to look very similar. The large flash being a module. Below the flash there will be a horizontal menu with drop downs. Similar to this site: http://www.stjudegolfclub.com

The content pages need to resemble the content pages of the first site: EX. http://www.tonypackos.com/history.php

You may need to create two templates. One for the front page and one for the content pages. The horizontal menu needs to remain on the content pages as well. Above the horizontal menu needs to be a module position. All the other module positions in the content section need to be created to match the attached file.

All of this needs to fit a color scheme that matches the logo that has been attached. The background of the template needs to have a red gradient that matches the logo.
