New design with mix of old look. Location

I just had my website redesign by a company who did a bad job. The overall design was good, but it was suppose to be a joomla template.. They designed a html/script.

I need a new joomla template, proffesional and clean design built upon the old design. I like the scheme.. but I need some new ideas.

The website is a helicopter portal for northern scandinavia.

You can find the old design on www.nordicpilots.com/index.php but with some script errors on it.

IMPORTANT

If your not a proffesional designer who can REALLY perform. Don’t bid.
I have done webdesign on a hobby basis for 5 years. I know how easy it is to edit a template.. I need a new design from someone who is creative, good at what they do.

I work as a pilot, and occasionally I stay out in the field without internet for certain periods. Which means it can take some time for me to get back to you.
