I want a freelancer to write a simple “prediction game” joomla component/model.

This is how I want it the component to function:

1. Every member of the site would be able to login and play
2. There will be the matches of the day (5-7 matches everytime) and members will be able to predict the correct score. For every correct score (3-2) they will get 7 points. If they get the the winner (for instance they predicted 2-1 but the correct score is 3-2, then they got right just the home win) they will get three points.
3. For one team (pre-assigned at the start of the year) there will be a list of the players which they will be assigned a variable like a bookmaker... to set the chances for scoring. For instance I want to set the attackers to 1.5 and the goalkeepers to 9.0
Then every member of the site after the prediction of the matchday will choose a player to score. If he is right the results from the matches predictions to be multiplied by the number I have set for each player (according to their chances to score) and then get the total point for each member for every matchday

This is how I want the module to function:
There will be a module which will “host” the prediction game. On the left side will be the games, the place for the prediction and the list of the players to score. On the right side there will a list of the ten members with the highest scores. A link will be also available for viewing all the members' scores
