I am looking for a basic tune up and several bug fixes.
For the most part I am trying to create a community driven fitness site.
I would like a tune up to make sure we are getting the most out of our Joomla site. The second part is fixing some of the bugs in the site like

I am having a menu location issue.
I am having a strange footer issue.
I would like to change the home page layout a bit by creating sections on the home page.
I would also like additional suggestions on what can be done to make our site more sticky. the site is thefitshow.tv
