Overview
We are looking to create an open source Joomla 1.5 template with level two menus for our home owners association.

This project consists of:
Creating a fully functioning Joomla template for Joomla 1.5


The supplied files include:
-A Photoshop (PSD) file with all the individual elements and layout.

Deliverables
1..tgz template file
2.source .png file with web slices
- template
- module variations
- extras (typography icons)
3.I will install the template on a clean install of Joomla! 1.5.7 stable with community builder and sample content. Following the install I may need modification of:
- Formatting of Community Builder mod_cblogin to fit in the login module
- Formatting of the mod_search module (or equivalent) to fit in the search module
4.Following the testing of the template with the sample data I would expect to have at least one but no more than three turns of “tweaks” to the template.
