Can you build an product upload module in the user menu according to VM & CSVImproved standards.

The work:
In our user menu we want an product upload facility so that register user can upload there products in to our categories, according to the settings of CSVImproved (upload CSV product list)

Suggesting:
In VM there is an module called ( Add new product ) If its possible to create this module for the user it would be nice.
