I need the following website (www.serenitytechnology.com) re-designed to look like this: (www.seanjohn.com/main.html).

I will provide a flash template for the front page which I want to be Flash. The rest of the site should only be regular HTML/Joomla.

I need professional reliable work. Ability to meet the deadline and work with reliability.

I will only accept bids that break down the cost. Example:

*Flash Work For Front Page: $xx.xx
*Additional Changes to Flash Template: $xx.xx per change/ hour..etc..
*Converting Flash Template To Joomla: $xx.xx
*Transferring Site Data: $xx.xx
*Modifying graphics to fit new site design: $xx.xx per change / graphic etc..

The deliverable is a functional website ready for deployment. Nothing less.
