Please see if one provider get 100 projects each 6 months with $3000 and 100% positive ($30 per each project so this is a small provider, and he has 30 million points) with one provider get 30 projects with $9000 and 100% positive ($300 avg for each project, so this is a big provider, but he only got 27 million points).
