Answer

At present, communication for bid and project clarification is provided only between you (the Buyer) and the Providers who place bids on your project. Follow steps below for sending clarification message:

Sign in your Buyer account
Choose My Projects as buyer
Click Open Projects tab in horizontal menu
Locate the project and click on project title
Click Post PMB button (right below project description)

Note: You are entitled to post your contact details and communicate with Providers directly when you have Sponsor subscription.
