As your username may associate with other usernames on JoomLancers, we do not permit any changes regarding username.

In order to change password or email, follow steps below:

  1. Sign in your Provider account on JoomLancers
  2. Click Change Password & Email under Account Info vertical submenu
  3. Fill in required information in the Account Edit form and click Update button
