You and the Provider are deemed to start working on the project at the moment the project is marked Awarded.

For project using JoomLancers work-phase:The project can only be marked as Awarded if both of the following 2 conditions are met:

1. The Project Agreement are agreed by both Provider and Buyer, and
2. The Buyer has funded into work-phase account the total project amount

For project not using JoomLancers payment method: The project is marked as Awarded when the Provider confirms to approve buyer's selection.

** Note: The project implementation is subject to scope of work specified in Work Agreement. Any extra work beyond Work Agreement will be invalid unless otherwise agreed by the Buyer and the Provider.
