Once one party requests a cancellation, the other party has 7 days to respond to your request. During this responding time, the two parties may discuss with each other via PM/email and sort out a solution to continue the project.

JoomLancer provides the "cancellation request withdraw" option to provide buyers/providers more flexibility in project management. Follow steps below to withdraw your request for project cancellation:

1. Sign in your account on JoomLancers.
2. Choose My Projects> My Awarded Projects tab in horizontal menu
3. Locate the project and click Withdraw Cancellation

Then, your project is activated again and both parties can continue work under the project as normal.
