In order to upgrade Gold Membership, please follow steps below:

  1. Sign in your Provider account
  2. Click Profile details under the Account Info vertical menu
  3. Click Upgrade to Gold Member! link at the bottom

** Note: Gold Membership fee is non-refundable.
