All the project fees applicable are instantly deducted from your account. If no fund is available, your balance is recorded with negative status.  

You have maximum 30 days with negative balance. Please make sure you deposit the fund to cover all unpaid fees before the end of this period, otherwise your account will be put into pending status. The account can only be activated when all the fees are cleared.

For Credit fee and paid subscription fee (ie. Gold, Sponsor membership), you need sufficient balance to fulfill the purchase.
