In order to successfully complete bidding process, you are required to deposit full project amount into work-phase account. In certain cases, the fund in work-phase account will be returned to your account on JoomLancers, including:

The Provider denies work-phase payment at his end
Both parties agree to refund work-phase payment
The Provider has not started working and you decide to terminate the project. In this case, you are required to contact JoomLancers for work-phase refund.
