When a project is marked Awarded which means you and the Buyer mutually agree to work on your project, both parties are provided with personal contact details to communicate directly with each other during the project implementation. However, if you expect to communicate via JoomLancers, you could follow steps below:

Sign in your Provider account.
Click My Bids> Awarded in horizontal menu
Locate project and click on project title
In project page, locate your bid and click View/PostPM.
