Answer

During project implementation, the buyer might not keep in touch with you. As you and the Buyer agree to work on your project, we highly encourage you to communicate with the Buyer as there might be reasons for his no-reply.

However, if you insist on cancellation to have more time for other projects, you are entitled to submit Request for project cancellation.
