Work-phase Payment

Work-phase Payment - Secured for both Buyer and Provider.

Joomlancers provides users with optional free of charge work-phase payment options to help projects get completed smoothly. JoomLancers does not operate an escrow service. The work-phase payment just gives facilities for an advance payment through which Buyers can set aside a specific amount of money on Joomlancers for a Provider who shall or is undertaking buyer’s project posted on the marketplace. It means the money is deducted from buyer’s balance on Joomlancers but not yet reflected at Provider’s account. Both users can then view the payment in the work-phase source, but only the Buyer can complete the payment from the work-phase source to the Provider. The Provider is the only person (other than Joomlancers staff) who can cancel this work-phase payment. This gives each party half of the control over the money in the project implementation process.

Upon completion of work (or work-phase), it is at buyer's whole responsibility to verify that he has received what he has asked for, and release these funds at his discretion. If the project is canceled amicably, the Provider can deny the work-phase payment and the money will be automatically credited back to the Buyer's account. If there are any disputes over a project the Joomlancers staff must be contacted before any money can be moved from the work-phase source.

Joomlancers encourages its users to send and receive money with the work-phase system because it's another great way to make sure everyone gets what they want from a project.

To manage your work-phase payments, just login to your account. Work-phase function is available in My Cpanel menu.
