Design improvement

New and finished joomla site, needs an improvement.

I want to buy consulting hours on the web design and graphics.

I want to do the actual changes to the website myself.

So I need a person with high knowledge on Joomla, css, graphics - with a good eye for the overall design aswell as the abillity to produce high quality graphics.

You need to be avaliable on Skype for realtime conversation.

We will agree a base hourly rate, but I will pay you extra bonus for good results.

The service is needed in CET time between am 8 and pm 10.
