Jomsocial Customization/Revisions
I have a jomsocial site www.strivethrusports.com/staging/. You may login to view the setup with username: testing and password: testing1
I need the following changes performed to the template and site:
- I would like to have the "create an account" button in the header redirect to the Jomsocial registration page instead of having it as a dropdown core joomla registration. So in other words when you click on the my-page button to join us now comes up. That button takes you to the registration page where you select the type of account to have. I want the "create an account" button in the header to redirect to this page: http://strivethrusports.com/staging/component/option,com_xipt/view,registration/
- Profile page video - when you click on the video to view a users video or your own videos it should only show that users videos. And not all the videos on the site. So any options to view all videos or video categories should be removed and only that users videos should be present on the video tab.
- Avatar/Profile Picture uploads - Please have the images scale down to fit the thumbnail dimensions without being cutoff. Some users heads/bodies are cut off. Please have the images scale to fit within the boxed thumbnail area.
- In the advanced search within the user profile page. The dropdown criteria list all the fields that users are required to enter when registering. This needs to be set to specific fields. I want it to be searchable by: Profile Type, Gender, City/Town, State, Country, College/University,Professional Level, Position, Name.
Note that under "Account Preferences" the option here is Basketball Position. This field shows the position/event of the sport the user has signed up for. However under the search field I want users to be able to search across all sport positions and not just the one they are signed up for. In the Jom Social Profile Types (XIPT) I setup certain profile types to only display the option to add positions based on that sport. That works great when signing up and setting up your profile page. However in the advanced search I want users to be able to search across all sports positions and not just the ones associated with their particular sport.
