Transfer Joomla website from one host to another

hi friends,

transfer current JOOMLA eCommerce website , size 180MB, from existing host to another host ie SITEGROUND

learned teachers / providers who have already gone through this joomla / virutemart exercise, and well experienced in VIRTUEMART, PHP /MYSQL only need to bid.

first back up the site including database, to revert back if anything goes wrong.

then transfer the site from existing host to siteground. to get a simple idea of how the process is

Must use our existing domain with siteground hosting plan, by changing just nameservers etc

Simple existing working components like adsense, paypal, k2, and jumi , must work without errors after transfer, and homepage mynxx template to be maintained
