combine JoomlART themes-create new theme

I have JA Methys theme from JoomlART but the site I have is going to be an ecommerce site. I need to combine the ecommerce portion of JA Mesolite II into JA Methys. So basically you will be creating a new JoomlART template. I have a programmer already working on the site and the site is live on my server. but I decided that I need a better cart and eCommerce style buttons than the standard virtuemart ones.

To be clear. I need a new Joomla 1.5 theme created w/ quickstart and all. Just combining the look of JA Methys w/ the shop features of JA mesolite II.
