e107 site migration to joomla gavick world newsII template

We are looking for someone to migrate data from an e107 site that is not going into a Joomla site as follows and setup a news feed using a google news feed.

Joomla site is already setup. V1.7 using gavick worldnewsII

Migrate e107 user base to jomsocial menu

Migrate e107 forum data to Kunena

Migrate e107 Download menu to Phoca Download menu

Migrate e107 Coppermine picture gallery into Phoca Gallery Menu

Migrate Site Stats from e107 to joomla

Migrate existing news from e107 to news menu

Setup Google News Feed into site featuring on the main page. The news on the front page will only need to show the brief detail feed from Google news which will include the credit for the news supplier. The news article once clicked on should then redirect to the source opening into a new browser page

e107 and joomla site are on the same server
