shipping problem on invoice after checkout

I seem to be having an issue with internet explorer on two of my sites. It may be a conflict between onepage checkout and vm upload causing the issue. I have had another programmer check it out for me but they could not figure it out, i managed to do it myself. I am looking for someone skilled who can do lots of work with me and give good customer service.

The problem basically is after the person checks out, the shipping options get deleted on the invoice for some reason and they do not get billed. It gets very annoying as we will have to go back to client and add shipping.

You must be an expert in joomla and php, if you know these plugins even better. I cannot afford any screw ups on my website or waste time anymore.

I am also having a login issue with internet explorer, it will not let anyone log in.
