We currently have 4 (one of these will be faded out in the next 4-6 weeks) flash sites, all with the same layout that are 97% complete and require the services of an experienced freelancer to make the finishing touches to the websites and provide monthly maintenance from there on.
Our sites are currently flash, but if you would prefer to convert them to joomla and work from this platform this can be arranged (if it would suit you better).
Once the sites are 100% complete there will be minimal amounts of time to up-keep the website maintenance. On some occasions, you maybe required to perform the following tasks:
Flash alterations when required
Adding pages/customizing pages
Developing banners (very occasionally)
Adding and customizing images
General website SEO
Provide basic customerization to our careers site through Taleo (see details below)
General linkage of pages
Form capture (contact us etc)
Other general website and hosting duties as required

We currently have our careers site (link to Taleo - recruitment software provider) which hosts all our job openings etc. At times you will need to work directly with Taleo to provide basic coding. We will supply you with all login details. The coding is fairly simple and if it comes to the worst case scenario, you can contact taleo support to have them over ride codes and make changes (this, I would prefer not to do at this stage). for more information on taleo business edition, visit taleo.com.
PRIOR TO SUBMITTING YOUR BID
The successful freelancer will need to provide timelines for work completion and aim to have the project completed in this time frame. You will also need to make sure you have the time available and not be in a position to over-commit yourself. I don’t mind minor delays and am prepared to be flexible but what I don’t want is major delays that cost way too much money and last for several days, weeks or even weeks. In your service agreement you will need to specify timeframes. Usually major changes (rarely) is maximum of 7 days and minor changes is usually within 48 hours.
Stipulate a realistic on-going fee for monthly maintenance and finishing touches to all sites (one being faded out).
