Adsmanager paypal extension

Hi

I need a paypal extension which will work with adsmanager below.

Currently the only system is the paidsystem plugin by which the user has to buy credits to use the system. I want a simple paypal module that will allow users pay a set fee per ad listed or to buy credits at a discount price.

the functions should include:

ability to pay per ad listed

Ability to pay for several ads at one time i.e when finshed listing one advert the user will be asked if they want to list another advert or proceed to payment.

Abilty to buy credits on the site i.e we can offer discounts on ad listings if the user buys 10 up front. We can set the price and the discounts in the admin. There should be at least 3 levels of discount available for example:

buy 10 credits 10%discount
buy 20 credits 10% discount
buy 30 credits 20% discount

Email reporting to admin upon every purchase

Abitlty to export all sales data to excel spreadsheeet

Once completed this plugin will be free distributed amongst the joomla community free of charge under the GNU General Public License. Anyone bidding for the job should be aware of this and must acccept this provision.

the finished plugin mayhave the devolpoer credits but also must include our name and linkback information. Anyone bidding for the job should be aware of this and must acccept this provision.

this job must be completed in under two weeks from when the job is given as it's a very urgent for the client.
